Art Prompt Package

Each week will focus on a different aspect of your weight loss journey and will consist of an art prompt and thought provoking deep journaling. All videos can be downloaded so you can take your time and work through each prompt at your own pace.

The art portion of this self study course consists of 12 art videos. Each video contains an  in depth  discussion and  description of the art prompt for that week, plus the full process I used the create my page – including instructions for any techniques I used and extra  discussion on that weeks topic.

You will also receive a 10 page PDF course out line that contains  tips,  relevant links and the journaling prompts for each week.  Here we will create a visual reminder of the information we learned or work through an emotional trigger associated with our weight.

 Nutrition Package

This part of the course is designed to teach real-world healthy lifestyle choices and contains 6 videos and 8 PDF’s that are all  packed FULL of information.

I teach you how to read a nutrition label,  basic nutrition guidelines, portion control, healthy heart basics and I even take you on a virtual grocery shopping trip!

I also teach you how to set up and keep a food journal as well as goal setting strategies and how to make healthy food choices, but most importantly, I teach you WHY you should make those choices.

Each video contains extensive information and thoroughly explains each topic for the week. I not only teach you nutrition basics, I teach you simple strategies that will help you to incorporate all you have learned into your daily life.
